Adolescent care

As your child becomes a young adult, he deserves a medical provider he can feel comfortable with and trust. At Novant Health North HIgh Point Family Medicine, we work to make our office a safe, welcoming place for teenagers. We encourage parents and caregivers to be involved in their teens' care, while still respecting the young patients' privacy. We may ask parents to step out of the room during a portion of the exam so we can answer your child's questions or address any concerns.

Since we see patients of all ages, you never have to be concerned about whether your child is too young or too old to see us. Your child can continue getting medical care in a familiar environment as they grow up.
