Paying for the medical care your family needs should be simple. Novant Health North High Point Family Medicine works to make that true. We accept most major insurance plans. See below for a list of plans commonly accepted by Novant Health practices. 

Bring your insurance card as well as your method of copayment (or payment in full if insurance will not cover your visit) to every appointment. We accept cash, check, debit card and most major credit cards. 

Certain services, such as lab services, will be billed separate from your office visit.
