Prescription refills

Need a refill of a medication prescribed by a provider at Novant Health North High Point Family Medicine? Contact your pharmacy when you have at least three days of your medication remaining. This will give your pharmacist time to refill your prescription or to call our office if permission is needed.

Certain prescriptions require a hard copy to be brought to your pharmacy to be filled. If your prescription has this requirement, you will be informed of that when the medication is first prescribed for you. You will need to stop by our office to get a copy of your prescription.

Our office does not handle refill requests after office hours or on weekends, so please plan accordingly.
